what does the World need?
read:
courage, love and real freedom,
loyal citizens and good leaders,
truth-and-lie sincere meters,
the readiness to give and to be given,
cleaner air, woods and rivers,
many kind appointment setters,
fruitful, friendly, joyful letters
and much better weather-Wetter,
and more vigor to be real,
to be ready to reach ideals,
to be ready to study and hope,
to be wanting to know and hope,
to respect Patriarchs and Popes,
to revere every Teacher,
to encourage every Learner,
to attend to every Preacher,
to adore the lives of Hermits,
to accept, believe, not hate
not rejecting, to know to wait,
to be patient, not to suspect,
to defend and to protect,
to remember: we are alike-
there's no reason to be lied!
there's no reason to desdain-
we enjoy th' same sun and rain,
and we need th' same water and bread,
and some roof, and a bed,
if one hasn't, it's our debt!
then, for those People we are dead.
Our World should be alive,
jolly, clever, kind and bright!
