It's High Time the Time Were Changed (a Joke?)

We, those living on the Earth, know how to measure the time. But we all are perfectionists. So, it's high time we changed the way to measure the time. And I am sure that someone is already doing that while I am typing this article, if you want to call the writing that way. Now, we state that there are 60 minutes in an hour. What? It's wrong. Do you remember that we are living in the Solar System, in a Galaxy, in the Universe?

I suggest that we measure the hour in units: 60 units of the Earth time+ 40 additional units - for the Solar System, the Galaxy and the Universe. Those new additional units will be the space-filling evaluation units, that is the Earth space occupancy measurement+ the other space occupancy measurements already mentioned. The additional units suggested can be divided by 3 = 1.5 of the Earth occupancy + 1 of the Solar occupancy + 0.5 of the Galaxy occupancy ( as it's the most distant time that influences us).

The suggested system could be perfect as:

1/ it acknowledges 2 Vectors, the Earth Time Vector and the Space Vector (you know, Time and Space are indivisible) taking into consideration the possible space bend/distortion and its concave or/and convex nature;

2/ it also recognizes the Human Factor's possible accounting that enables to make necessary amendments in case of the two-vector quotients distortion or inaccuracies.

In the complex system of the Time/s (T absolute = Earth Time + Solar Time + Galaxy Time : TA = ET+ST+GT), it, thus, becomes possible to measure also several sub-times:

a/ zone time; b/ country time; c/ city time; d/ street time; e/ business time; f/ shift time; g/ hierarchy time; h/ personal or indididual time; i/ any other time substraction, addition, multiplication, division, gap, appearance or vanishing; j/ time's coincidences and inaccuracies as much as noncorrespondences, time's merging, lengthening, prologation, dragging, contraction, constrictions, frictions and blending;

k/ biological compatibility and adversiveness of the times of personalities, individuals and persons in the vast immensity and limitleness of Times and Spaces; l/ moral time beats, as those of conscience, consciousness, responsibility, the truth (which is always the opposite of the thing thought) and of lies (which are the mental projections of one's own inperfections, insincerity, betrayals, etc.).

CONCLUSIONS

1. The Time and the Space Oneness granted by the Almighty God is reasonably subdivided into:

a/ uncontrolable and unmanageable Time and Space portions;

2. slightly controlable and manageable portions as those limited by the Man's abilities in the realm of His abstract or idea products which make an individual feel the benefits and the regularities, as well as exceptions and results in Time-Space application and impact, controlled, measured and imposed as the reward for the proper and reasonable Time-Space usage and implementation; 3. completely controlable and manageable portions of time (esp. if one can reset a clock or a watch).
